Chief Technology Officer
I collaborated directly with the CEO to gather business requirements and translate them into a fully functional, enterprise-ready employee benefits platform. Taking full ownership of the project, I designed, developed, and deployed the platform, which included four distinct front-end applications tailored to different user roles and a unified backend handling all data processing. The platform was built using NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, ReactJS, Vite, and TypeScript. Additionally, I led a cross-functional team of two developers and one designer to enhance functionality and expand feature offerings.
Founding Engineer
I worked with a small engineering team to develop a full-stack application for enterprise clients. I also led the creation of a multilingual WhatsApp chatbot and played a key role in setting up user analytics dashboards. Additionally, I ensured smooth knowledge transfer by thoroughly documenting my work for the team's future reference.
Senior Software Engineer | Core Team
I streamlined our documents management by transitioning it into a microservice, improving release cycles and scalability. Collaborating cross-functionally, I developed features like a document verification service, simplifying user onboarding and reducing support efforts. I optimized performance and reduced costs on AWS while contributing to architectural design and facilitating an org-wide Node 18 upgrade. Advocating for engineer-customer interactions, I led initiatives and documented insights. I facilitated incident resolution, managed sprints as Scrum Master, maintained PR quality, and proposed key documents for business reviews. Additionally, I played a vital role in team growth and hiring, scaling the team from 50 to around 100 members.
Chief Technology Officer
I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Marketing platform enabling businesses to create Image Ads with Text, distribute them across Facebook and Google Ad Platforms, and analyze performance for enhanced conversion rates. I led the design and implementation of a MongoDB database schema and engineered two proprietary algorithms for analyzing campaign outcomes and enhancing ad engagement. Additionally, I designed a user-friendly multilingual WhatsApp chatbot for small businesses to create Image Ads easily. I engaged directly with clients to refine product quality and expanded the team by recruiting and onboarding three new engineers. I provided management and mentorship to a team of junior software engineers, fostering skill development and project cohesion.
